DELIVERY, SHIPPING AND PICKUP
You can select the available leg and day that best suits your needs when placing your order in a very easy and simple way on our website.
You can check the zip codes when you place your Delivery order. If we do not reach your zip code, you can call our customer service phone number to confirm if delivery to your address is possible.
You can send the order to whoever you want regardless of who is the holder of the payment. The order will be delivered to the address you indicate when placing the order. You can add in your customer area, the addresses you want.
We pick up the paella pan at your home free of charge. The paella collection service takes place on Sundays. In case you are not at home on the Sunday agreed for collection, you can send us an email to email@example.com so that we can pick it up the following Sunday.
The minimum order is three portions.

All our rices are gluten free, suitable for celiac and gluten intolerance.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We allow modifications of portions or type of rice up to 2 hours or more before the agreed delivery time.
Through our website you can enter your customer area and cancel the order immediately at no cost, provided that there are more than two hours for the delivery agreed in the order. The refund of the same, will be made on the same form of payment that has been made the order.
